Royal Hospital School Girls U14B vs  Culford School
On: Saturday, 16 Sep 2017
Venue: at Home

Building on a great start in their first game the confidence on the RHS girls was high and they started the game with both belief and pace. Quickly attcking play saw our first goal of the season awarded to Felicity Gibba. Quickly followed up with our second from Matilda Gladwell. The RHS kept it tight at the back and RHS went into the break 2-0 up. Changes were made in the second half seeing and the fresh legs made the difference. Strong defending from Bryana Findlay and Captain Grace Carnell saw them awarded jointly MVP. They prevent all but one Culford attack. The girls kept their concentration and mid fielders Laura Tickle and Emma Watling both took opportunities in the second have to attack and score. A well defended short corner saw Sophie Finch and our strong defence called into action but we held onto our clean sheet and enjoyed our first win of the season.
